The full filtration range
From standard polyester to premium PTFE composites — engineered, tested, and shipped from one Luoyang facility.
- PPS Filter Bags — PPS · ≤190°C. Excellent chemical resistance for kiln-tail and high-sulfur applications.
- PTFE Filter Bags — PTFE · ≤260°C. Ultimate chemical and temperature performance for demanding flue gas.
- P84 Filter Bags — P84 · ≤260°C. Irregular fiber cross-section for superior fine-dust capture efficiency.
- Nomex Filter Bags — Nomex · ≤204°C. Meta-aramid bags for mid-to-high temperature service at lower cost than P84.
- Polyester Bags — PE · ≤130°C. Cost-effective for standard-temperature duty. Optional PTFE membrane lamination.
- Filter Cages — Cages · All Sizes. Precision-engineered support cages in standard and custom dimensions.
Engineering over margin
- Integrated: Six production lines under one 36,000 m² roof — needling to PTFE lamination, controlled in-house.
- Lab-Tested: Tensile strength, air permeability, weight uniformity and thermal shrinkage — every batch.
- Global: Direct exports to 20+ countries with engineer-led technical support.
- Honest: We recommend the media your flue gas needs — even when a cheaper grade costs us margin.
Don't get over-quoted
Most baghouse quotes default to P84 or PTFE for "high-temp" jobs. Often a cheaper grade lasts just as long. Our free selector tells you which — based on your actual flue gas, in about a minute. No signup.
